Why Do I Get Migraines?

Migraine is a type of headache that is chronic and recurrent. It is usually throbbing (or pulsating) and typically affects one side of the head. The pain is worsened when you cough, bend, or move your head suddenly (Cutrer, 2020). It affects women more than men and it can affect both children and adults. In children, it affects boys and girls equally.
